This is a fun section.  I get a kick remembering past deals and how my clients found them.  I believe in 'Zen Real Estate', meaning that you get the property you should get.  I also think that the best time to buy property was always ten years ago, so what's stopping you?

Status Area   Buena Vista Park I had represented the previous owners of this building when it was in original condition, then got the opportunity to represent the new owner after he had redone the building-what a job he did! Corona Heights I called a friend and said, 'you have to buy this house, it's quirky and has terrific potential.' Downtown This multi-unit trophy building grandly sited on a double wide lot downtown has a lot of charm. Forest Hill This is a great house. When I represented the sellers, it was still in original 1920's condition. Glen Park This two unit Glen Park building was vacant and very worn when my client bought it. Haight Ashbury I have represented three of the buildings six owners in their sales. Haight Ashbury This is a classic three flat Edwardian Building in Cole Valley. Parkside This house is a great example of 1930's modern, with a great street presence. South of Market This is a wonderful first time buyer loft complex.
